Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within [12–24] hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@jinalexialeather.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; you may instead refer to our Return Policy. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
